Description: Management and leading (In cooperation with DELCAN from Canada) the preparation of the System Master plan and the design of the first two LRT / Metro linesincluding the underground rail system in metropolitan Tel Aviv including a system-wide master plan (approximately 188 km) and final and statutory design for the Red Line and Green Line). Preparation of the engineering part of a BOT international tender for the Red Line and evaluation of proposals, choosing the concessionaire.
