Description: Design of the high-speed railway line between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem; a large and complex Israel Railways project covering a total length of 30 km.

Amy Metom Role in the Project: Lead Designer. This project includes the construction of a total of 3.5 km of railway bridges, including the longest railway bridge in Israel (1.2 km) and the highest railway bridge in Israel (80 m), and tunnels having a total length of 20 km including the longest railway tunnel in Israel (11.6 km).

Unique Elements of the Project: This is the largest infrastructure project currently being built in Israel.
