Description: A programmatic assessment was prepared for an economic transportation feasibility study for railways on route 431 between Modi'in and Rishon LeZion. The project was found to be feasible, based on the the long-term development forecasts for the metropolitan area.

Amy Metom Role in the Project: Preparation of a transportation model and an economic model in order to assess the benefits and costs of the project.

Unique Elements of the Project: Programmatic assessment of the project for a preliminary feasibility study of the proposed design. The project was assessed according to both metropolitan and national railway models.
