Description: As part of the relocation of IDF military bases to the Negev, the redevelopment of the Tzrifin site was proposed, in order to establish neighborhoods for approximately 50,000 residents, and 1,500,000 square meters for employment areas. The Institute for Transportation Planning and Research evaluated the plan based on the planned development of the area. The project proposes improvements of the road network and mass transit system.
